Fourteen good mornings
Families tap in at the lounge screen, so Áine keeps her hands free for the child who doesn't want to let go of a leg. The count and the ratio update themselves.

Medicine at one, witnessed
The tablet reminds Áine at 12:55. Dose, time and second signature go in on the spot, and Lily's dad gets the confirmation before he's back from lunch.

A bumped knee in the garden
Cold compress first, record second. Áine marks the spot on the body map, adds a photo and what happened, and sends it to Gordon. He reviews it in four minutes; the parent signs in the app on the bus home.

The opposite is the point. Logging a moment takes seconds standing beside the child, and it replaces the written record you'd otherwise do at the end of the day.
Observations can be tagged to Aistear themes or your own framework, and your service chooses which. Next steps and lesson plans stay yours to write.
Photos live in AcornCloud, never in the tablet's camera roll. A parent only ever sees images their own child is tagged in, and consent is held per child.
