Pricing is a single monthly fee for your whole service, set by the number of children you have registered across every site. It starts at €100 a month for up to 30 registered children, billed annually, and rises by band to €416.67 a month for 151 to 200. Above 200 we price it with you. Every feature is included at every band, and all prices exclude VAT.
Yes. Paying annually gives you two months free - you pay for ten months rather than twelve. On the 51 to 75 band that is a saving of €450 a year.
No to both. Setup, configuration and migrating your data from your current system or spreadsheets are included. The Parents App is free on iOS and Android for every family at your service, with no per-parent charge.
Included. Subsidy rates are applied to invoices automatically and reconciled against the hours your rooms registered, at every band. There are no module upsells - if a feature is on this page, it is in your plan.
We do a thirty-minute walkthrough of your own setup rather than a self-serve trial, because most of the value shows up once your rooms, fees and funding are configured. If you want longer with it before deciding, say so on the call and we will arrange it.
Most services are live within two weeks. We import your children, families, staff and fee structures, run a short session per role, then check your first full invoice run line by line before anything is switched off. Mid-term and mid-invoice-cycle switches are normal for us.
It is built for wet hands and one spare minute - big targets, short flows, and no typing where a tap will do. Most rooms are comfortable by day two, and we run a session in each room during setup.
